You can request your repeat medication by the following methods:-

1. Using your repeat slip (right hand side of prescription) ticking the items you need to order and handing this slip into the practice or posting it to the practice.

2. Order Online - to set up an oline account please bring a form of ID to the Reception desk (this is for patients aged 16 years and older).

3. Fax your repeat medication slip to the practice.

We understand that this might not be popular with some patients but we hope that you will understand that safety is of paramount importance.

In light of the lockdown surrounding Corona Virus pandemic our practice are maintaining an URGENT telephone service for consultations. Please be aware our Doctors are also working in the hospital based Covid Centre on a daily basis. Thank you for your patience in these challenging times.


**COVID-19 (Coronavirus)**


If you have a high temp and/or a new persistent cough


Self-isolate (stay at home) for 7 days


Do NOT go to GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.


Call NHS 111 if:



  • You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home

  • Your condition gets worse

  • Your symptoms do not get better after 7 days


If it is a medical emergency and you need to call an ambulance, dial 999 and inform the operator of your symptoms.

FIRST CONTACT PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE:-


From 14 January 2019, patients of Family Practice over the age of 16, who present with musculoskeletal problems including back, neck, joint or muscle problems can book to see an Advanced Physiotherapist instead of a GP.


NEW OPTOMETRIC LED PRIMARY EYECARE SERVICE


A NEW/SUDDEN EYE PROBLEMS? SORE EYES? SUDDEN CHANGE IN SIGHT?


Patients can self-refer into the service or be referred by their GP, Practice Nurse, Surgery Receptionist or Community Pharmacist.

Acute Scripts ordered before 11 am will be ready at Reception Desk or Chemist after 2 pm on the same day.


Acute Scripts ordered after 11 am will be ready at Reception Desk or Chemist the following day after 2 pm with the exception of Emergency Prescriptions.
